From a beautiful lawn to the pebble walkways, blue pool to the sandy beach, SAI staff take a lot of pride in making this home away from home as beautiful and serene. We maintain half our shoreline as sandy beach and the other half as a natural wetland and our greenery is both indigenous to the area as well as good for the habitat! 

We offer both floating and fixed docks! Our tiled bath house is known as a summer icebox or as the winter furnace, providing an area to escape tough seasonal temperatures as well as to freshen up before dinner. The pool is open our entire season and the office porch rocking chairs and Adirondack chairs throughout the property are typically found to be favorite places year-round.
